DCist staffers are out and about chronicling the happenings of Inauguration Day. In a city that voted for Kerry by an immense margin and now feels it was stuck with a bill for the ceremonies, there is no small surprise that dissension runs rampant. At noon today a large march came toward the White House down 16th Street NW. Here are a few snapshots. More to come this evening after we get inside with our cameras and warm up our fingers.
