Sixth Annual D.C. International Wine and Food Festival, we had no idea how much of a drinking town it is. According to Jim Barker, founder of the
Washington Wine Academy, D.C. is the largest per-capita wine market in the country. And nowhere was that stat more obvious than at the Washington Convention Center this Saturday.
