Thanks to DCFüd for reminding us that tomorrow, Krispy Kreme will be giving out free donuts to thank customers for their support. So if you’re looking for a carbo-licious start to your day, Krispy Kreme will let you have your pick tomorrow from the original glazed or other varieties of sugary toric goodness. Wait, they have other varieties?

We noted last year that the Dupont location of Krispy Kreme opened with some minor snafus. Since then it seems business has been okay, buoyed by tourists, though the corporation is still having trouble. This is probably a savvy goodwill move by the Corporate office to improve its public image — a move we heartily applaud. Free donuts rule!
