Sorry for the delay in this week’s music agenda – sun, surf, and a whole lotta beer over the Memorial Day weekend kept us from getting it to you in a more timely manner. But judging by the absolute clamor from those wondering where it was (okay, the one email kind of vaguely asking what was up), we figured, though it’s late in the week, that we’d put it together anyway.
But first things first! A reader tipped us off to the fact that extra tickets for both previously-sold-out-Erasure shows at the 9:30 Club next week have been released. Get over there, buy tickets, and foil evil scalpers.
Additionally, tickets for Coldplay‘s September 30th concert at Nissan Pavilion go on sale this Saturday at 10 a.m.
THURSDAY:
>> Travis Morrison, he of the magical impregnating hips and formerly of the Dismemberment Plan, will be doing a show at the Black Cat backstage. Local pop punkers Fallout Countdown open for him, which we think is awesome, because they were friends with our little brother in high school, and how cute is that? 9 p.m., $7.
