Earlier this summer, we gave you a heads up about downtown dance party Krunk-DC and a brief mention of the organizer-cum-DJ behind the event. Today, we bring you an interview with the man himself, Jesse “Yes That Is My Real Last Name” Tittsworth. We must note that at the time the interview was conducted, Krunk was still alive and kicking. However, DJ Tittsworth has recently announced that Krunk, in its erstwhile form at Singapore Bistro, is now defunct. Even without the old Krunk, Tittsworth is still keeping busy. As he mentions at the end of this interview, he will be moving Krunk not only to a new location, but away from traditional DJing altogether. He also recently dropped a new 12″ EP, which, along with more news regarding everything else he’s doing at the moment, can be found on his website.
