The Post’s reporters have always been a bit of a mystery — constantly lurking in the shadows, ready to strike whenever a story should appear.
But the higher-ups over at the Post have decided to make their writers a touch more approachable than ever before. In a post on their official blog, Adrian Holovaty, a blogger turned online development guru for the Post, announced that starting now, every article published on their site will bring with it a link to contact the author. Of course, the Posties are a little smarter than to just start throwing their reporters’ email adresses out into cyberspace — a click on the link will take you to a form with which you can send love, hate, or just plain spam them.
We’re not sure how often the Posties will be checking in on this new form of communication — heck, we’re not even sure if our comments will actually ever get to them. But we do appreciate the idea.
