Word has it that on one given day each year, men and women dressed like pirates take to the bars and taverns of a given town, celebrating their, ummm, pirate heritage. Tonight in Baltimore is that night, and the festivities kick off at 6 p.m. All told, the roving group of pirates will hit up 13 bars over the course of the night, though they assured us that pillaging and thievery would be kept to a minimum.
