Dear DCist Commenters,

As you may have noticed, commenting on the site today is, well, difficult. Scratch that. It’s currently f**kin’ impossible. It seems our server had a late night out, and is still trying to rouse itself from its drunken stupor. We’ve thrown water at it and fed it ample amounts of V8, but it’s nowhere near better. Trust us, though — as soon as we can get this problem resolved, we will. There’s just a certain emptiness in not having readers match our snark word for word.
