Today’s photo comes from DCist Pool stalwart Grundlepuck, and was chosen for two reasons. First, because it’s of an unusual view — in this case, of the frequently-discussed but seldom-seen tram that ferries lawmakers between their offices and the Capitol. And second, because it offers an unusual perspective: I love how the linear perspective stutters, darts, and finally melts away as your eye is pulled down into the composition.
