I’m not entirely convinced this is a photograph, rather than a CGI screencap from the next Chronicles of Narnia film. Flickr user andertho went down to the Arlington Memorial Bridge near Rock Creek Parkway to capture this statue by Leo Friedlander with some incredible lighting.
