Keep in mind that we’ll continue to choose between photos that are tagged with DCist and so we’ll occasionally feature photographs that have been submitted for the show. This doesn’t mean that your photograph has been chosen, but we’ve noticed many former PotD’s already in the pool, so why put the kibosh on it now? In fact, once we get closer to the show, we’ll be sure to feature many of them.

Just as a reminder, you’re limited to three submissions. We’ve noticed a few of you have uploaded double that, so keep in mind that the later ones will eventually be removed. But we are ridiculously thrilled so many of you have signed up to participate so far — just look at all this great stuff!
