Flickr user drade took this picture of a family welcoming a new life to the world nearly two years ago, but just added it to the DCist Photo Pool today. And we’re glad he did. We love how he captured this quiet moment after all the excitement has died down, with the emotive shadows, and the father lingering ghost-like in the darkness behind mother and child. EXIF.
