Yes, Cheney, with his history of heart trouble, was apparently helping with the move. His doctor said he should use a wheelchair for the next few days—which means he’ll be attending the Inauguration in a wheelchair. “The vice president is looking forward to being there for tomorrow’s historic inaugural activities,” Perino said.
