According to WMATA, several MetroBus routes still aren’t running due to the snow. In the District, routes 60 and G2 aren’t running, and in Northern Virginia routes 1, 3, 7, 8, 23 and the 24T aren’t running. Maryland routes are apparently all clear.

Post Now reports that the Department of Public Works has issued 1,179 tickets for snow emergency violations, each with a $250 fine, and towed more than 200 vehicles.

Though in town things seem to be getting better, the airports are another story.

DCist staffers have reported that main roads seem to be fine, while side streets could still use some work. Parking also seems to be a problem. For those of you who aren’t enjoying a snow day, how do things seem out there transit-wise?
