>> Originally from D.C., vocalist Felicia Carter spent much of the 90s as a recognizable face in Baltimore’s theater and rock scenes. Over the past 10 years, she has established herself as one of the I-95 corridor’s finest jazz vocalists. Carter will be leading a group Friday through Sunday at Twins Jazz, culminating with a special Valentine’s Day set. Sets are at 9 and 11 p.m. on Friday/Saturday, and 8/10 p.m. on Sunday.
