We reported a few months back that Andrew Stewart, owner of erstwhile Arlington bar Dr. Dremo’s, was close to securing a new location. But in an e-mail to investors today, Stewart said the location he’d had in mind had fallen through due to the amount of buildout and investment that would be required to get the building up to code. The estimated cost of replacing waste and water lines was over $50K, according to Stewart. He’s found another potential location, however, which he said is slightly larger than the previous one, with 4800 sq. ft., plus room for over 100 outdoor seats. Stewart said he’s currently negotiating for a lease at that undisclosed location.
