>> Malian singer Salif Keita‘s rich voice has earned him the moniker, “The Golden Voice of Africa.” Blending West African tradition with Spanish, French, and Arabic influences, Keita’s eclectic sound has earned him an international reputation, despite career setbacks due to his albinism. He will be at GWU’s Lisner Auditorium on Friday for an 8 p.m. show. Tickets are $25-$45 + fees.
