Lunch-time crowd, take note: District Department of Transportation crews have closed one lane of the Chain Bridge until 2 p.m. They are working to remove a work platform used during some other work on the bridge. One lane is open in either direction, but expect traffic to build up. DDOT says that the bridge will be open in time for rush hour this evening. ABC7 has more.
