I know that there’s some of you around these parts — a vocal minority, if you will — that don’t really care for a hearty serving of sports mixed in with your daily dose of DCist. I have accepted this. But if you thought I could stumble upon this 1988 video — featuring a Redskinized version of Ray Parker, Jr.’s “Ghostbusters” and unintentionally hilarious cameos by legends Dexter Manley and Charles Mann — and not post it, well, you are sorely mistaken, friend.

There is no doubt in my mind that this clip was the driving force behind the Redskins’ demolition of Denver in Super Bowl XXII. (I guess the players probably also had something to do with it. Maybe.)
