Chef David Varley of Bourbon Steak was anointed the King of Porc at this year’s Food and Wine Classic. To celebrate, Bourbon Steak will be hosting an all-you-can-eat pig roast on Sunday, August 1, 2010 from 3-6 p.m. For $25, you can get some awesome piggy (although probably not as awesome as Madame Lardofly’s outfit up there); for $40, your feast will allow you access to a selection of some of the more unique Dogfish Head brews.
