We caught up this week with local Top Cheftestant Timothy Dean, who dished about on his time on the show, why he wanted to break his TV and how his simple style of cooking fit into the Top Chef D.C. season. Dean also discussed currently underway plans to open shop in the former Bluepoint/John Harvard’s space at 13th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW — though he steered clear of the details of his National Harbor plans, where he is suing developers.
I just caught up on last week’s episode yesterday, so I’m good to go.
Did you break your TV like I did?
[Ed. note: Technically, there’s spoilers after the jump — but only if you’re several days behind. Come on, people, clear out that DVR and get back on track.]
