Neil Augenstein reports this morning that Vasile Graure, who is currently serving a long sentence for pouring gasoline on a bouncer at the Good Guys strip club and lighting him on fire, will now face first-degree murder charges. Vladimir Djordjevic, a bouncer at the club that Graure set on fire, died in May after spending three years in a hospital. Graure was taken out of the club on November 4, 2007, because he was found taking cell phone pictures of a dancer; after he was forcibly removed, he came back with a lighter and a container of gas and doused Djordjevic as he tried to stop Graure from pouring the gas around the club. Graure will appear in D.C. Superior Court today to address the charges.
