CBS recently hosted a contest to find the best college marching band rendition of the Hawaii Five-O theme song, and the University of Maryland’s Mighty Sound of Maryland marching band came out on top. Voters awarded the band a $25,000 prize over 17 other finalists.

University of Maryland students are often considered hooligans for their post-game antics. They riot when they win, and they riot when they lose. But at least they have the Mighty Sound of Maryland and their obvious mastery of forming moving letters and classic television themes to back them up. For all you haters: “Na na na na Hey! You suck!“
