Marvin Palencia, a maintenance supervisor, has been arrested for murder of coworker Jacobo Vazquez, whose body was found in a box below I-70 in Frederick County on Tuesday. Palencia had become the main suspect of the murder and was arrested without incident Saturday afternoon. He has been charged with first degree murder. Two teens have been arrested in connection to the possibly-gang related murder of 15-year-old Miguel Hernandez. Hernandez was murdered Friday afternoon in Manassas, stabbed to death by a group of teens who attacked him on his way home from Osbourn High School.
