D.C. police have identified the dead woman who was found in an garbage receptacle in a Columbia Heights alley yesterday as 18-year-old Ebony Franklin of Capitol Heights, Maryland. Franklin had reportedly been stabbed in several places on her body. According to the Washington Post, the D.C. medical examiner has ruled Franklin’s death a homicide.
