Beyond the road-rage driven shooting in NE and the shootings in SE early Saturday morning, Saturday saw yet more violence. Saturday afternoon, at approximately 1:30 p.m., a man was shot on the corner of 13th and Allison Streets NW, in the Petworth neighborhood. The man had been shot in the leg, and is in stable condition at an area hospital. Prince of Petworth, via DCFireEMS’s Twitter feed, reports there was a shooting on the 300 block of V Street NE, in the Eckington neighborhood Saturday night. Additionally, there was a stabbing on the 1600 block of Montello Road NE in the Trinidad neighborhood last night.
