Freezing temperatures, check. Dual low pressure fronts, check. Snow storm, epic fail. For the snow averse, today’s lackluster — nay non-existent — storm was a blessing. But for others, the dream of a repeat snowpocalypse was lost. At least we have plenty of ice, such as this lot found on the Potomac River.
