We’re always a sucker for picking on infographics like the one above, since they only so often feature the District of Columbia. Of course, in this case, D.C.’s exclusion might not be such a bad thing. You see, there just wasn’t enough space to convey all the things that the District is terrible at!

Here’s what Jeff Wysaski, the creator of the map, had to say when he was pressed about why he didn’t have an entry for the District:

Actually, I had to leave DC out because they were the absolute WORST at so many things (it would have left fewer things to assign to other states). Basically, they have the highest rate of murder, drug use, crime and much more.

Hear that, Washington? We’re so bad, there actually would have been states that were left without something shameful if we had been included! That said, Wysaski did us a favor, I guess.
