Good morning, D.C. It’s a bit of a slow news Sunday, so I hope some of these more off-beat stories appease your need for your morning news fix.

>> Unfortunately, this isn’t too surprising – there are still thousands of Pepco customers without power following Wednesday’s snowstorm. Pepco hopes to restore power to all 6,251 customers without power by tonight. Most of those without power are in Montgomery County, MD – the area that has been by far hardest hit by Pepco power outages.

>> According to the Washington Post, a toddler with too many potty accidents is a news story. I feel bad for the kid already, who was apparently suspended from a preschool in Arlington for a month for her accidents. The poor thing gets suspended, and then has to live with the fact that this article will exist online forever?

>> Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), who we laughed about when we found out he was suing the Longworth House Office Building cafeteria for damage to his teeth following a dangerous unpitted olive in a sandwich wrap, has already settled his lawsuit. Kucinich sued for $150,000, but settled for an undisclosed amount. Glad to see justice has been served.
