CapitalBop reports that jazz venue HR-57, which closed its 14th Street NW location late last year, is scheduled to reopen in its new digs at 816 H Street NE next week. A planned January opening never materialized due to delays in obtaining a liquor license. The official opening is now scheduled for next Wednesday, March 16, and owner Tony Puesan also informed CapitalBop that he is looking into opening a blues venue in the Atlas District.
