On his way to work this morning — and before he was scheduled to hear arguments regarding Dukes vs. Walmart, which might turn out to be the “largest employment discrimination class-action suit in American history” — Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia got into a fender bender while driving on the George Washington Parkway. The 75-year-old Scalia was not injured, and he still made it to the Court on time.

There’s no word yet on whether Scalia called the other driver involved in the accident an idiot, curtly said that he or she was nasty and impolite, or offered an opinion that they weren’t covered under the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment.
