Now that we’re all totally experts on the subject of redistricting the city’s wards to align with the new Census numbers, you may want to share your knowledge at one of two public hearings on the topic. At-Large Councilmember and Subcommittee on Redistricting co-chair Michael A. Brown will solicit input from the public during a pair of meetings about the District’s decennial border redrawing, one on April 21 at 5 p.m. and the other on April 27 at 10 a.m. inside the John A. Wilson Building. Can’t make it to either of the meetings? You’ll eventually be able lodge your thoughts on the matter by checking out the Subcommittee’s website, which promises to provide a way for residents to comment online “in a few weeks.”
