In separate incidents last night, two people were shot in the head. On 1st and K Streets NW, a person was grazed by a bullet after what police are describing as a potential robbery attempt. The victim is male and it appears that his wounds are minor.

The second incident involved a man who was more seriously wounded after being shot in the head at 18th Place and M Streets NE. There is no further word on the victim’s condition or the circumstances surrounding the shooting.The victim has died from his injuries.
