It’s a good thing too — even though we’re nearing the end of a rainy week, the Potomac River is expected to crest at a level 11 feet higher than normal tomorrow morning.
The flood walls were put up yesterday to avoid the kind of flooding that immersed the Harbour’s courtyard and several restaurants in April. Some of the parties affected by that flooding are currently suing the Harbour’s management company, MRP Realty, for $5 million.
