Sulaimon Brown, the elusive individual who has so far done quite the job ducking the D.C. Council’s attempts to subpoena and compel him to testify about the hiring practices of the Gray administration, will appear in D.C. Superior Court this afternoon. Judge Judith Macaluso will hear Brown’s testimony in D.C. Superior Court at 1 p.m., adding the District’s courts to the list of establishments, alongside the local media and the FBI, which Brown obviously holds in higher regard than the Council.

Oh, and by the way, Council Office of the Secretary: Macaluso’s been assigned to courtroom 415 inside Moultrie Courthouse, which is located at 500 Indiana Avenue NW. Now might be a good time to post someone over there.
