Council website to watch today’s much-anticipated hearing during which Cherita Whiting and Sulaimon Brown will testify in front of Mary Cheh’s government operations committee? Tough — the Council’s website has crashed under the weight. (Of course, for whatever reason, neither of the city’s cable channels are broadcasting the hearing. Figures.)
