A quick update to our item this morning about Brandon Sparrow, the DYRS ward who escaped from custody on Sunday morning at BWI: U.S. Marshals located Sparrow this morning in the District, and took him into custody on a bench warrant for failing to appear at a court hearing, reports the Post. Turns out that Sparrow’s flight, carrying him from Salt Lake City, apparently arrived early and a DYRS employee had not yet arrived at the airport to meet him and place him in restraints.
