Thinking about hopping into a car for the ride up to Baltimore’s M&T Bank Stadium for tonight’s big U2 gig? You should have left by now. Some 80,000 people (possibly a record) are already beginning to converge on the stadium for the show which starts at 7 p.m., while the Maryland Transit Administration is warning of a trafficpocalypse of epic proportions. (Stuck in traffic? You poor soul. Here, read Chris Klimek’s excellent twopart discographical ranking.)

Don’t worry about the band, though: Bono won’t have any trouble getting himself to the show, what with his flying ability and all.
