It’s almost the end of another work week, which means that not only is it time to start planning what you’ll be spending your hard-earned days off doing, but also how long it’ll take you to get around if you need to use Metro. This weekend’s scheduled maintanence should put a twenty-minute crimp in your schedule if you need to use any of the following segments of track:

>> Red Line: between Grosvenor-Strathmore and Twinbrook
>> Red Line: between Takoma and Forest Glen
>> Blue Line: between Stadium-Armory and Addison Road-Seat Pleasant
>> Blue Line: between Braddock Road and Van Dorn Street
>> Yellow Line: between Braddock Road and Huntington

Also, Yellow Line trains will not be operating between Mount Vernon Square and Fort Totten over the weekend. The disruptions will begin between 9:30 and 10 p.m. tonight and run through closing on Sunday.

Some Metrobus routes will also experience some minor detouring on Saturday due to road construction.
