The District got a brief taste of the severe storms which brought Chicago to its knees yesterday, and as clouds rolled in, this editor’s first thoughts turned to those who had congregated at Fort Reno. Indeed, headliners Title Tracks had to postpone their set last night, after amps blew over from the wind, and people fled the grassy knoll. To their credit, America Hearts finished their set — and just in time it seems, considering the lightning that started hitting the ground shortly thereafter.
