FUNDRAISER: The Geothermal Rock & Rollers are biking 320 miles through California, from Eureka to San Francisco, October 2-6 to raise awareness of climate change. Help support their cause at the Climate Ride Benefit Happy Hour tonight at Acqua al 2 (212 7th Street SE). There will be food, drink specials and a raffle with prizes like a gift certificate to Open City and an unlimited month of yoga at Traquil Space. 5-8 p.m. $10 suggested donation.

FOOD & DRINK: Stop by one of Pizzeria Paradiso’s three locations tonight through September 30th to enjoy a three-course Autumnfest Pre-Fix Menu, which includes Autumn Succotash Salad paired with a Harvest Ale, an Equinox Pizza (roasted sweet potatoes, roasted beets, red onion, Oktoberfest sausage, fontina, and parsley) paired with an Oktoberfest/Marzen beer, finished off with pumpkin pie paired with a Pumpkin Ale. Also tonight, the Old Town location (124 King Street, Alexandria) will be tapping a “wooden-clad gravity-fed cask” of Schneider Edelweisse at 5 p.m. and offering pours for $5.

MOVIE: Tonight’s “Drink and a Movie” at the Black Cat (1811 14th Street NW) is “an A+ B-Movie double feature” of Wild Zero, about a Japanese garage rock band battling aliens and zombies, and Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!, the campy 1965 classic about three go-go dancers on a rampage. 8:30 p.m. Free.

MUSIC: Ty Segall brings his garage-rock and new album, Goodbye Bread to Comet Ping Pong (5037 Connecticut Avenue NW) tonight. 9 p.m. Tickets: $10.

TUESDAY: Workout and sweat off that stress from the office at Pilates in the Park at Farragut Square Park (17th Street between K and I Streets NW). This hour-long fitness class will be lead by instructors from Results Gym and Washington Sports Club, and will take place again on October 4, 18, and 25. 5:30-6:30 p.m. Free.

WEDNESDAY: Tuesday’s Matt Nathanson performance at the 9:30 Club (815 V Street NW) is sold out, but there are still tickets available for his second performance on Wednesday with Vanessa Carlton. 7 p.m. $20.

THURSDAY: Renowned chefs Ferran Adrià and D.C.’s own José Andrés, discuss their careers, favorite cooking stories and Adrià’s new cookbook, The Family Meal: Home Cooking, at George Washington University’s Lisner Auditorium (730 21st Street NW). 7:30 p.m. Tickets: $20 for the talk, or $40 for the talk and a copy of Adrià’s new cookbook.

FRIDAY: Café du Parc celebrates the annual French Vendanges wine festival in the Williard InterContinental courtyard (1401 Pennsylvania Avenue NW). There will be grape stomping, French wine, charcuterie, crepes and live music. 5:30-9:00 p.m. $25 at the door.

SATURDAY: Crafty Bastards, the annual massive arts and crafts fair in Adams Morgan, is back this Saturday at the Marie Reed Learning Center (18th Street and Wyoming Avenue NW). Over 100 vendors will be on hand with handmade steak cuff links, mustache-themed artwork, leather bags, plush donuts, hand dyed onesies and much more. 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Free admission.

>> Postponed due to Hurricane Irene, the Food Truck Beer Dinner at Das Bullpen (outside Nationals Ballpark, 1500 S Capitol Street SW) has been rescheduled for this Saturday. This Dogfish Head and Sierra Nevada joint event will feature seven mobile eateries. Pair dishes from CapMac with DFH Vintage Olde School Barleywine, Porcmobile with DFH/Sierra Nevada Life & Limb, Stix with Sierra Nevada Jack & Ken’s Ale, Hula Girl Truck with DFH/Sierra Limb & Life, Doug the Food Dude with Sierra Nevada Foam, Eat Wonky with Sierra Nevada Vienna Style Lager, and Sweet Ladies Bakery with DFH Black & Red. Proceeds from the event will be donated to Living Classrooms. 6-9 p.m. Tickets: $75.
