ORIGINAL POST: The Post reports that federal agents made a big move this morning, arresting four people in connection with a bribery scam involving federal contracts and $20 million over several years. Del Quentin Wilber reports that the four — including two employees at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers — engaged in what U.S. Attorney Ronald Machen Jr. called “one of the most brazen federal contracting scandals in our nation’s history.”

Federal authorities were executing search warrants on the 400 block of G Street NW this morning, near Judiciary Square; the four arrested are expected to appear in court later today.
