While residents who lept at the chance to live near Nationals Park early in the going might be frustrated at the lack of neighborhood amenities to spring up over the past five years, there’s one portion of the revamped area which has at least made some progress: the Yards development.
Developers released the latest computer renderings of the complete plans for the development, which will expand upon the waterfront Yards Park to include 2,800 units of housing, 1.8 million square feet of office space and 400,000 square feet of retail space. Looks pretty good, no?
