First Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli misread a D.C. law to the point that he thinks we’re re-locating our rats to the commonwealth, and now Rush Limbaugh singles out Councilmember Mary Cheh (D-Ward 3) for a law she wasn’t responsible for. Quite the banner week for conservative mainstays, huh?

This Mary Cheh babe — C-H-E-H — she is the woman behind the D.C. plastic bag tax, which requires Washington, D.C. stores to charge a nickel for every plastic bag the customer uses. It’s what happens, folks, when these liberals — that’s why I’ve maintained for as long as I’ve been doing this program, it’s all about ideology. If you understand, if you just come to grips with who liberals are, the rest is easy. It’s easy, and everything makes sense.

Sure, but what doesn’t make any sense is why Limbaugh is pinning the bag “tax” on Cheh, when it was Councilmember Tommy Wells (D-Ward 6) that was responsible for it. Oh yeah — Limbaugh would rather be an idiot and a sexist asshat. Mission accomplished.
