Sigh. How is it that a life as distinguished as that shared by infamous White House party crashers Tareq and Michaele Salahi is ending in such acrimony?
Northern Virginia Daily is reporting that Tareq Salahi has filed a $50 million lawsuit against Michaele for absconding with Journey guitarist Neal Schon last September. In the lawsuit, Tareq accused his former wife of running off with Schon, pictured here, as part of a scheme to make herself and the aging 1970s arena rock band money by attracting attention to it and selling more tickets for its reunion tour.
The lawsuit even includes some nasty little details about Michaele’s affair with Schon:
The suit accuses Schon of sending an email photo of a male sexual body part to Salahi on Sept. 13 and that Salahi believed the body part belonged to Schon.
The suit also alleges “Your plaintiff . . . received a phone call that evening from someone who said, “This is Neal, I am [expletive] your wife.”
Well, then. There’s that. What are the chances that any of this will be entered into evidence once this goes to trial? And how do we not know that this isn’t an even more contrived plan by both Salahis to attract yet more attention to their non-careers? Because it’s working brilliantly.
