The weekend couldn’t have been better for the city’s roving photographers—the temperatures were warm, the skies blue and the cherry blossoms in bloom. Here’s but a small sampling of what came into our Flickr pool.

If you haven’t made it down to the Tidal Basin, this week is certainly the week to do so—peak bloom starts tomorrow and is expected to run through Saturday. But if you plan on heading down there, don’t drive. The Post reports that traffic patterns around the basin have changed, and parking is extremely limited. The addition of two Capital Bikeshare stations on the National Mall couldn’t have come at a better time, though—TBD reports that the system saw over 7,000 rides on Saturday, a new record.
