The death of a baby girl left on the doorstep of a Northeast home in January has been ruled a homicide, reports WTOP. According to the D.C. Medical Examiner, the baby, who was about seven days old, died of hypothermia.
Police are still searching for the baby’s parents. In February, they released an image of the towel she was wrapped in as a means to generate leads from the community.
