Last week, NBC’s Parks and Recreation filmed a Season 5 show in D.C., using both the White House and U.S. Capitol as backdrops. Mayor Vince Gray stopped in on Friday afternoon, where he chatted with cast members Aubrey Plaza (who plays April) and Chris Pratt (who plays Andy).
