Another crash involving a drunk driver in Fairfax County was reported this weekend.

This crash took place on I-495 at Tysons Corner early Saturday morning.

Unlike the other incidents, no deaths were reported. The victims, a Virginia state trooper and a tow truck operator, were sent to the Fairfax Inova Hospital. They were treated and released, according to WTOP.

The Post’s Crime Scene and WTOP report that the trooper, K.S. Fleanor, pulled over his car behind a tow truck that was trying to remove a damaged vehicle from a previous crash. The trooper was sitting inside his car when a 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue rear-ended his vehicle, which hit the damaged car.

The Oldsmobile driver, 30-year-old Christina Hirt of Alexandria, refused treatment at the scene and was charged with driving under the influence.
