BEER: Blue Mountain Brewery, located in Nelson County, Virginia, is taking over the taps at Nanny O’Briens (3319 Connecticut Avenue NW) tonight, bringing in their “wood-aged and experimental Barrel House brews.” Come enjoy their Über Pils Imperial Pilsener; Local Species Belgian-inspired, American-hopped, barrel-aged pale ale; Isabel Chocolate Orange Bourbon Porter; Dark Hollow Imperial Stout Aged in Oak Bourbon Barrels, and more. 5:00 p.m.-2:00 a.m. $6.50 per beer.

TALK/THEATER: Stretch your brain at the latest thirst event tonight: thirst. Goes To The Theatre. The evening, taking place at Woolly Mammoth Theatre (641 D Street NW), will begin with a talk by Song Byeok “about his transformation from propagandist to satirist,” and will be followed by a performance of the play You For Me For You. 6:00-9:30 p.m. Tickets: $30.

MUSIC: The Twilight Sad brings their “forlorn yet ferocious beauty” to the Rock and Roll Hotel (1353 H Street NE) tonight with Errors and The Orchid. 8:00 p.m. $12.
